1. Introduction

Welcome to the Jadarat platform ("the Platform"), owned and operated by Intalaqah Digital Education Technology Company ("the Company" or "we"). By using this platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Service Description

Jadarat is an e-learning platform dedicated to internal employee training for companies and institutions. The platform provides online learning and training services, with the ability to customize branding for each client.

3. Eligibility and Use

The platform is available for use in all countries without age restrictions. However, users must be employees or affiliated with the organization subscribing to the service.

4. Subscription and Payment

Jadarat is a paid service with a limited 30-day trial period for organizations. Subscription fees vary depending on the chosen package. We do not offer refunds for payments, but subscriptions can be canceled according to the terms of each client's package and subscription.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We take your data privacy and security seriously. User data is securely stored in cloud hosting and can be accessed through encryption linked to each client's domain name. We do not share data with any external applications.

6. User-Generated Content

User-generated content is protected and secured, and can only be exported by the organization's admin account. All employee data and activities are shared only with the organization and learning managers.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All created content and activities are owned by the client. However, the training courses in the marketplace are owned by their original creator (our content partner network).

8. Content Restrictions

Only learning content is allowed on the platform. No restricted or illegal content types are permitted.

9. Disputes and Violations of Terms

Disputes should be reported to us through the contact form. A response will be provided for each dispute.

10. Service Availability

We rely on our hosting partners around the world to ensure uptime, and we are careful to choose the best available options. In case of on-premises hosting, it is handled by the client.

11. Technical Support

12. Updates and Changes

We regularly update the platform. All updates and new features are sent via an official newsletter from the email noreply@jadarat.io

13. Account Security

Password policy is handled according to each organization's policy.

14. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes via email or through a notice on the platform.
